What's up? I'm Ryan, and I'm delighted that you're reading about me.

I'm old and I love life and it's endless possibilities for everything. I became interested in Web Design about 5 years ago and have been practicing the art ever since. I currently work as an intern at a startup internet company called ShareThis through theINTERAlliance of Greater Cincinnati which helps inform high school students about the opportunities that a career in IT provides. I hope to attend DAAP at the University of Cincinnati to pursue my interest in Digital Design.

Outside of work, I busy myself in an array of activities. I recently began creating websites commercially with Joel, our first project being the personal portfolio of Leah Frederick. I play ultimate frisbee in the Cincinnati youth league and also with my friends. At school (St. Xavier), I sing in the choir, act and work on stage crew in theater, and am involved in various community service activities. I'm a part of CHPC's youth group, CRASH, which has unmeasurably helped me deepen my relationship with God.

For music, I like a lot of Indie bands especially Foxy Shazam and Eisley, some Alt Rock bands like Muse(fav band) and The Killers, and my Oldie favorite, Queen. In books, I love The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy Trilogy(*ahem* 42) for being so amazingly hilarious, the Inheritance Series for being so amazingly captivating, and Harry Potter for being so amazingly amazing. Among movies, I fancy comedies such as Shaun of the Dead, adventure films like LOTR, and odd stuff as in Edward Scissorhands. Circa TV shows, my favs are the Leslie Neilson classic, Police Squad!, and the knee-slapping and eyebrow-raising The Office.

I love playing RTS games like StarCraft and WarCraft, and puzzle games such as Portal. I've recently been introduced (and addicted) to a sweet gamer-parody show called Pure Pwnage. Also, Ceiling Cat and Sewer Horse rulz t3h internets.
